Our standard cabinets are constucted on-site, not pre-fabricated in a shop , and not simply purchased at a home improvement store. All cabinetry sold through A Custom Garage is Guaranteed to stay as solid and functional for as long as your home stands. We use premium materials and the most comprehensive construction in the Garage Renovation Industry. How solid are our cabinets? We stopped our weight tests at 1200 lbs per cabinet with no adverse affects to our product.
The standard materials we use are Medium Density Fiberboard, which prepared correctly will outlive melamine in a garage environment; Only Dunn Edwards Paints, specifically Perma Series paints which are specifically designed for cabinets and offer unrivaled quality and color matching capabilities; Black Chrome Handles are standard; WilsonArt HD countertops and Laminates; and to put our product over the top we also build a steel frame inside of the cabinets to keep them rigid, and prevent breakouts due to overloading.
To keep your garage clean during the install we equip our machines with dust extractors to minimize sawdust from construction. Our final clreanup includes a complete vacuum and washdown to leave little to no evidence of our on site construction.
